Until, I found a comment about on the Lincoln website about telephone syncing (which is part of the THX system) I was always getting error stating no paired phone designation Well, I followed the syncing procedure which incorporated pushing the phone button and turning the off/on button while first off with driver door closed then on with open. After new seatbelt, sensor Was reprogrammed Then dash light went out. The back angle adjusts correctly, but the seat pan does not move to the correct memory location. I am providing a picture to show the setup of the buttons. I think overnight a change in temp might cause the open (key present) contact to make contact and the GEM turned the radio power back on. Until, I found a comment about on the Lincoln website about telephone syncing (which is part of the THX system) I was always getting error stating no paired phone designation Well, I followed the syncing procedure which incorporated pushing the phone button and turning the off/on button while first off with driver door closed then on with open.
