Devilled tomatoes


  • 10 Enjoy tomatoes
  • 1 tin/jar of peas
  • 1 thick slice of boiled ham
  • 5 grapes (green or red)
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of whipped cream
  • Salt and pepper


Wash the tomatoes. Drain the peas well in a colander.
Slice the top of the tomatoes and remove the flesh with a spoon. Drain the tomatoes by placing them upside down on kitchen paper.
After they have drained, sprinkle some salt and pepper inside the tomato.
Dice the ham and mix it with the peas.
Mix the whipped cream with the mayonnaise. Mix this with the pea and ham mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon the mixture into the tomatoes and garnish with half a grape.
